  • Middle District of Pennsylvania (717) 221-4482

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Jerrold Hahn, age 62, of Moscow, Pennsylvania, was sentenced today by United States District Court Judge Richard P. Conaboy to a 24 month term of imprisonment for the distribution of cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana. Judge Conaboy further ordered that Hahn serve a three-year term of supervised release and pay a $1,000 fine and $100 special assessment.

According to United States Attorney Peter J. Smith, Hahn, a former employee at the Tobyhanna Army Depot, was charged in a criminal information filed in April 2012, alleging that on numerous occasions between 2007 and November 16, 2011, in Lackawanna and Monroe Counties, Pennsylvania, Hahn distributed cocaine, cocaine base (crack), and marijuana. Hahn pleaded guilty today and was sentenced.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police. Prosecution was handled by Assistant United States Attorney John Gurganus.
