Philadelphia Resident Indicted on Drug and Firearms Charges

Junell Osborne was charged today by indictment with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, distribution of cocaine base (“crack”), possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of firearm by convicted felon, announced United States Attorney Zane D. Memeger.
