Robbery of Citizens Bank Branch in Media, Pennsylvania

The FBI, the Delaware County Criminal Investigations Division, and the Media Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery of the Citizens Bank branch located at 2 East Baltimore Pike in Media, Pennsylvania earlier today.

At approximately 4:15 p.m., a subject entered the bank and presented a threatening demand note to a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot. The subject is described as a black male, 30-40 years of age, 6’0” to 6’2” tall, heavy build, with short or close-cropped hair, a full beard, wearing dark sunglasses, a long white t-shirt, and tan or grey pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000, the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division at 610-891-4700, or the Media Police Department at 610-565-6656. This subject is considered armed and dangerous. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
