Serial Bank Robber Charged Federally
Seeking Information on Whereabouts

FBI Philadelphia February 23, 2010

The FBI, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the Lower Southampton (Bucks County) Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to locate Donald Brown, who is 39 years of age, 5’7” tall, thin build, with numerous tattoos on his arms and chest.

Brown has been charged via federal criminal complaint in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with the robberies of the Wachovia Bank branch at 6420 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, on February 20, 2010; and of the Wachovia Bank branch at 205 East Street Road, Feasterville, PA, on February 22, 2010.

Brown has no known fixed address at this time, but is known to frequent the area of Kensington Avenue and East Somerset Street, in the city’s Kensington neighborhood.

Brown is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000, the Philadelphia Police Department, or the Lower Southampton Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to his capture, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
