Lincoln Man Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that on August 19, 2013, Kennan Rashon Mallory, 35, of Lincoln, was sentenced to 12 years and seven months (151 months) in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine, cocaine, and cocaine base between June 2010 and March 2012. Information provided to law enforcement indicated that Mallory was involved with the distribution of at least 1.5 kilograms (approximately 3 ⅓ pounds) of methamphetamine and smaller amounts of the other two drugs during that timeframe in the Lincoln area. Following the prison term, Mallory will serve five years on supervised release.
The matter was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force, which includes officers of the Lincoln Police Department, the Lancaster County Sheriffs Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department, and by the Nebraska State Patrol.
