Hastings Man Sentenced to 70 Months' Imprisonment for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that the Honorable John M. Gerrard, United States District Court Judge, sentenced Ruben Manzano to 70 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by two years of supervised release, and ordered him to pay a $100 special assessment, following his conviction for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Manzano pled guilty on February 26, 2013, to conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine between May and October 2012.

The Central Nebraska Drug and Safe Streets Task Force were responsible for the investigation of this case.
