The five persons were placed under arrest by Officers of the Henderson Police Department as they left the bank, and were later taken into custody by the FBI.

FBI Las Vegas Special Agent in Charge Steven M. Martinez noted the outstanding police work performed by the Henderson Police Department in the apprehension of these five persons.
