United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian announced today that Eric Foster, a/k/a E-Nasty, age 33, of Albany, New York, was sentenced yesterday by Chief United States District Court Judge Gary L. Sharpe to 87 months’ incarceration (Foster faced a sentence of 120 months, but received 33 months credit for time already served), and eight years of supervised release following his release from incarceration. This sentence follows Foster’s plea of guilty to a drug conspiracy that operated within the city of Albany as set forth in count two of a federal indictment.
