United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian announced today that JUSTIN GADDY, a/k/a J-Black, age 24, KWON LILLARD, a/k/a Killah, age 22, and CHARLES THOMPSON, a/k/a Chuck, a/k/a Bula, age 24, all from Albany, New York, pled guilty in United States District Court, Albany, New York, before the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, United States District Judge. GADDY, LILLARD, and THOMPSON all pled guilty to racketeering conspiracy charges as set forth in Count 1 of a federal indictment relating to the criminal activities of the ORIGINAL GANGSTER KILLERS (OGK) or "Downtown" gang, which operated within the City of Albany.

In their plea agreements, THOMPSON, the eighth defendant to plead guilty, LILLARD, the ninth defendant to plead guilty, and GADDY, the tenth defendant to plead guilty, all admitted that beginning some time in 2000, and continuing to October 23, 2009, they were members of the criminal organization in Albany, New York, known as the OGK gang.
