2012 Director’s Community Leadership Awards

The Boston Division is pleased to honor youth advocate Chris Sinclair as a recipient of the 2012 Director’s Community Leadership Award. Mr. Sinclair is president of The Anthem Group, a multi-faceted marketing and consulting firm, catering company, and event production agency headquartered in Boston. Since founding the business as a college undergraduate, Mr. Sinclair has developed the company into an internationally recognized entity. Although a successful entrepreneur, he dedicates most of his time assisting those who are less fortunate. Through his company, Mr. Sinclair created a fundraising auction event called Children Around the World—the proceeds of which benefited Boston Police Department youth programs and CHOSA (Children of South Africa), an organization dedicated to assisting HIV/AIDS patients and the orphans left behind. Mr. Sinclair has also worked with the Dorchester Academy—one of Boston’s most underprivileged public schools—and the Latino STEM Alliance to provide college-bound students with new computers. Mr. Sinclair, a Boston FBI Citizens Academy graduate, plans to assist the Bureau with future outreach events, including an anti-bullying campaign, a charity art show, and a Fourth of July celebration. |
