FBI/MPD Violent Crimes Task Force Investigates Bank Robbery

The FBI/MPD Violent Crimes Task Force is investigating a bank robbery that took place at 11:49 a.m. on Friday, October 5, 2012. An unknown white male entered the TD Bank at 1753 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C., approached a bank teller, and produced a note demanding money. Once leaving the bank, the subject hailed a taxi to flee the scene.

Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the police department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
