The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the location and arrest of Brian Keith Wallen.
Brian Keith Wallen is wanted for his alleged involvement in a mail fraud scheme in Maryland from approximately 2003 until 2014. The scheme was designed to obtain money from businesses and non-profit organizations by first shipping and then billing victims for unwanted and vastly over-priced light bulbs and cleaning supplies. Wallen used a company dubbed Midway Industries, as well as other related shell companies, to distribute the products, invoice the victims for more than $100 million, and collect more than $50 million from the victims. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Wallen in the United States District Court, District of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland on May 4, 2016, after he was charged with mail fraud. He has since been indicted by a federal grand jury on mail fraud and conspiracy to commit mail fraud charges.
