    On February 14, 1988, the unidentified human remains of a White female, between the ages of 18 and 25 years old, 5’0” to 5’6” tall, and weighing between 90 and 120 pounds, with sandy blonde hair, were discovered in an industrial area in Mount Vernon, New York. The victim had ligature and binding marks on her wrists, ankles and neck.
