    On November 11, 1993, an unidentified male was discovered in Lothian, Maryland, in a section of woods by a local farmer. The body was covered by a blanket and the Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death as strangulation.

    He was wearing tan/khaki pants, a black and white sweater, and a black leather bomber jacket.

    He has a scar or mark on his left leg.
