469. Christian Michael Longo
Former Ten Most Wanted Fugitive #469: On December 28, 2001, law enforcement authorities in Lincoln County, Oregon, charged Christian Michael Longo with multiple counts of aggravated murder in the death of his family. That same day, a federal arrest warrant was issued in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, charging Longo with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. In January 2002, Longo was arrested without incident by FBI and local Mexican authorities at a campground outside of Tulum, Mexico. Upon their return from a vacation in Mexico, two Canadian citizens saw the Top Ten publicity on Longo and recognized him from their trip.
