Former Ten Most Wanted Fugitive #349: Roy Ellsworth Smith, who was wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for murder in Kirtland, Ohio, was placed on the FBI Top Ten list on March 18, 1977. He was found dead at Perry Township on June 2, 1977. He had committed suicide by hanging.
