Former Ten Most Wanted Fugitive #27: Due to an FBI investigation, Hill was arrested in August of 1952, in Hamtramck, Michigan, after a citizen recognized him from a Wanted Flyer. FBI agents raided his home finding Hill in bed, fast asleep. He offered no resistance.
