The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person, or persons, responsible for the death of Marc Anthony Cyril Thompson.
On September 3, 2014, at approximately 7:15 p.m., the Butte County Sheriff's Office in California received a report of a vehicle fire on Oroville-Quincy Highway, two miles east of Mountain House. Once on scene, law enforcement officials determined that a deceased person was inside the 1999 Ford Taurus. After further investigation and DNA analysis, the victim was identified as 25-year-old Marc Anthony Cyril Thompson and his death was ruled a homicide.
