The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Curtis D. Smith.
Details:
On February 25, 2021, Curtis D. Smith, age 25, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in Farragut Park, 7736 North Kerby Avenue, in Portland, Oregon. He died at the scene. It is believed that he was living in Fresno, California, but had traveled to Oregon for a friend's funeral.
