Wanted by the FBI: Edward Lee LeBlanc

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest of this man, Edward Lee LeBlanc. The California native is wanted for murdering Kristin Miner on Valentine’s Day in 2008.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest of Edward Lee Leblanc.


Leblanc may have fled to Guatemala or Central America. He wears glasses, and may have attempted to remove or cover his tattoos.

Leblanc is a cigarette smoker and likes to drink Gallo (a popular brand in Guatemala) beer. He has also been active in various rugby leagues in Guatemala. Leblanc has stated that he served in the United States Marine Corps and fled to Guatemala as a conscientious objector. Leblanc was never a member of the Marine Corps and has no military background.

Leblanc has been known to use a red Honda motorcycle for transportation.


Edward Lee Leblanc is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a woman in California. On or about February 14, 2008, Leblanc allegedly stabbed the woman in the stomach after an argument. He then allegedly drove her to a remote area of the desert where he burned her body, and then buried her in a shallow grave.


Leblanc was charged with murder by the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Riverside, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on August 12, 2008. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on May 30, 2013, after Leblanc was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
