On March 16, 2022, Dekhtyarchuk was indicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler, Texas, on charges of Wire Fraud, Access Device Fraud, and Aggravated Identity Theft. On March 17, 2022, a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.
