FBI San Francisco has released new video surveillance in the case of kidnapped victim Monica de Leon Barba, a United States citizen, who was kidnapped in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, while walking home from work with her dog on November 29, 2022.

This video first depicts Monica de Leon Barba where she was walking her dog in the moments before she was kidnapped. The video then shows the following vehicles used in the commission of the kidnapping:

• Vehicle 1: Volkswagen Jetta, silver
• Vehicle 2: Dodge Charger, gray
• Vehicle 3: Chevrolet Suburban, white
