Speaker: The first point I want to get across is safety. Nothing that we’re doing tomorrow is worth getting anyone injured or, God forbid, killed.

The second thing I want to start out with is, if you break down what we’re trying to accomplish tomorrow in its simplest form, we’re going to give you a photograph, a name, a team, and say go arrest this person. It’s really that simple. That’s the mission tomorrow.
