Franklin County Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—Darrell Peck was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his possession of child pornography in February 2010 in Franklin County.
Peck, Sullivan, Missouri, pled guilty on February 25 to two felony counts of possession of child pornography. He appeared today for sentencing before Senior United States District Judge E. Richard Webber.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Reginald Harris handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
