Fourth ATM Solutions Robber Pleads Guilty

ST. LOUIS—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Aaron Hassan Johnson, the fourth and final of the robbers of ATM Solutions, pled guilty to the August 2010 robbery of ATM Solutions.
AARON HASSAN JOHNSON, St. Louis, Missouri, pled guilty to one felony count of armed robbery and one felony count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, before United States District Judge Carol E. Jackson. Sentencing has been set for May 18, 2012.
The robbery charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000. The firearms charge carries a penalty of seven years prison consecutive to the penalty imposed on the robbery charge. In determining the actual sentences, a judge is required to consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, which provide recommended sentencing ranges.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Tom Mehan is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
