St. Charles Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Jason Lee Hunt was sentenced to 63 months in prison involving his receipt and possession of child pornography between May and September 2009.

JASON LEE HUNT, formerly of Washington, Missouri, now residing in St. Charles, Missouri, pled guilty November 29, 2010, to one felony count of receipt of child pornography and one felony count of possession of child pornography. He appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Audrey Fleissig.

This case was investigated by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the Regional Computer Crimes Education and Enforcement Group and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Rob Livergood handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
