Linn County Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that David Russell Darr, Jr., was sentenced to 15 years in prison for production of child pornography. According to court documents, in October 2009, Darr photographed himself and a minor child engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

DAVID RUSSELL DARR, JR., Marceline, Missouri, pled guilty in November and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Carol E. Jackson.

This case was investigated by the Marceline Police Department and the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
