ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that John D. Farnell has been arrested on a federal complaint charging one violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 2113 (a), bank robbery.

According to the affidavit filed with the criminal complaint, on April 29, 2010, a male entered the First Community National Bank of Crawford county in Cuba, MO and approached a teller. The individual placed a black colored zipped bag on the counter, pointed a handgun at the teller, and demanded money. The teller complied and gave him $4,662. The individual drove away from the bank.
