San Diego Sheriff’s deputies assigned to the Ramona station working with FBI agents from the North County Resident Agency have made an arrest as a result of the investigation into the robbery of the Bank of America branch located at 1407 Main Street in Ramona, California.

On Friday, November 20, 2015, at approximately 11:00 a.m., San Diego Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Ramona station arrested Timothy Graham, age 64, in the vicinity of the 1400 block of Hanson Lane in Ramona, California. Graham was arrested without incident and subsequently booked into the San Diego Central Jail. The arrest was made as a result of a joint investigation between the FBI and the San Diego Sheriff’s Department into the robbery of the Bank of America branch located at 1407 Main Street in Ramona, California, on Thursday, November 19, 2015.

On Thursday, November 19, 2015, an unknown male using a demand note and displaying the handle of a handgun in his waistband robbed one of the tellers at the bank. Following the robbery the FBI issued a news release that included bank surveillance photographs. The FBI and San Diego Sheriff’s Department asked the public to contact Crime Stoppers or law enforcement directly with information concerning the robbery. The bank surveillance photographs were aired and posted on a number of local television and newspaper web pages. As a result of the media’s dissemination of these photographs to the public, a number of calls were received by San Diego Crime Stoppers, which assisted in advancing the investigation. Graham remains in custody at this time, pending his arraignment before a State Superior Court Judge.
