The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 685 Saturn Boulevard in San Diego, California, on Tuesday, October 7, 2014.

On Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at approximately 9:31 a.m., the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 685 Saturn Boulevard in San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male. At the time of the robbery, the unknown male (hereinafter referred to as the robber) entered the bank and approached the victim teller.

The robber presented a demand note that demanded cash and indicated he was armed with a weapon. The teller complied with the robber’s demand and provided him with a sum of money. After receiving the money, the robber exited the bank and was last seen walking eastbound on Palm Avenue across Interstate 5. No weapon was observed, and no injuries were reported.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows;

• Sex: Male
• Race: White or Hispanic
• Height: Approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall
• Weight: Approximately 180 to 190 pounds
• Hair: Brown hair and full brown beard with mustache
• Build: Medium
• Eyes: Dark
• Clothing: Long sleeved blue button-down shirt, jeans, and white athletic shoes
