FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Wells Fargo Bank Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the Wells Fargo Bank located inside the Ralphs grocery store at 4315 Mission Boulevard in San Diego, California, on Monday, December 31, 2012.

On Monday, December 31, 2012, at approximately 12:25 p.m., the Wells Fargo Bank branch located inside the Ralphs grocery store at 4315 Mission Boulevard in San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. At the time of the robbery, the robber waited in line until summoned by a teller. The robber approached the teller and presented a demand note demanding cash. The teller provided a sum of money to the robber who then walked out of the store with the money. No injuries were reported.

The robber is described as follows:

  • Race: White
  • Sex: Male
  • Age: Late 20s to early 30s
  • Height: Approximately 5’10” to 5’11” tall
  • Weight: Approximately 180 pounds
  • Clothing: Dark baseball cap with “SD” logo; black, long-sleeved jacket; and dark pants
