FBI and San Diego Police Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Bank Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the City National Bank, 501 West Broadway, Suite 100, San Diego, California, on Wednesday, May 18, 2011.

On Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at approximately 11:53 a.m. the City National Bank, located at 501 West Broadway, Suite 100, San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male. At the time of the robbery, the robber walked into the bank and approached the victim teller. The robber made a verbal demand for cash. The victim teller provided the robber a sum of money at which time the robber walked out of the bank.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows:

Sex: Male Race: White Age: Mid 30sHeight: Approximately 6’1” tall Weight: Approximately 200 lbs. Build: Heavy build Hair/Coloring: Short brown greasy looking hair Clothing: Dark sport or suit jacket, dark pants, and maroon-colored shirt
