FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Wells Fargo Bank Branch Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1350 Fashion Valley Road, San Diego, California, on Saturday, July 9, 2011.

On Saturday, July 09, 2011, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1350 Fashion Valley Road, San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. The robber threatened to have a weapon, but a weapon was not displayed or observed during the robbery. After receiving a sum of money, the robber walked out of the bank.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows:

Sex: Male
Race: Black
Height: Approximately 6’0” tall
Weight: Approximately 180 lbs.
Build: Medium
Age: Late 20s
Hair: Short black hair
Clothing: Long-sleeve dark-colored shirt with collar and jeans
