  • Western District of Texas (210) 384-7100

United States Attorney Robert Pitman announced that 45-year-old Roberto Reyes, of McAllen, Texas, pleaded guilty today to one count of using the Internet and cell phone to promote his business of prostitution in the Midland/Odessa area.

By pleading guilty, Reyes admitted that during 2010, he operated an “escort” business named Sabrina’s Escort Service. Reyes, who has remained in federal custody since his deportation from Mexico to the U.S. in December 2011, faces a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison.

This case was investigated by the Midland County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Austin M. Berry is prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.
