Richard Silver Whip St. Marks Found Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney's Office announced that on September 29, 2010, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, RICHARD SILVER WHIP ST. MARKS, a resident of Box Elder, was found guilty of burglary. Sentencing is set for December 30, 2010. He is currently detained.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Vince Carroll and Jessica A. Betley prosecuted the case for the United States.

The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Federal Bureau of Investigation - Havre, and the Rocky Boy's Police Department.
