No Charges Filed in Death Investigation

The Salt Lake City FBI Field Office is releasing further information regarding a death in the area of Starr School, Montana. On November 27, 2009, the FBI, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Glacier County Coroner’s Office responded to a residence in the area of Starr School.
An FBI investigation found that there was no foul play and no charges will be filed. Further, the investigation determined that 27-year-old Curtis Marceau, Jr. died as the result of a self-inflicted stab wound.
The investigation was a collaborative effort between the FBI, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Glacier County Coroner’s Office.
