The one-count indictment named Jennine M. Prince, 42, as the sole defendant.
According to the indictment, Prince was the office manager of Office Based Anesthesiology Systems Inc. in Cranberry, Pennsylvania from April 2010 through September 2011. Assistant United States Attorney Nelson P. Cohen is prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation leading to the indictment in this case.
