FBI, Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Juvenile

The FBI and the West Whiteland Township (Pennsylvania) Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating John Thomas Parker, age 14.

On the afternoon of February 9, Parker walked away from the Devereux Leo Kanner Learning Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania, a residential facility for children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

It’s believed Parker may have headed to a train station near the Kanner Center, in an effort to travel to Washington, D.C., where his family lives.

John Thomas Parker is 5’7” tall and approximately 110 pounds; he has tattoos on his left arm. He may be wearing a black jacket, black sneakers, and jeans or khakis and may be carrying a green backpack.

Anyone with information on Parker’s whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the West Whiteland Township Police Department at 610-692-5100.
