Robbery of Citizens Bank Branch in Philadelphia

FBI Philadelphia January 24, 2013

The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the January 24, 2013 robbery of the Citizens Bank branch located at 6324 Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia.

At approximately 2:30 p.m., the subject entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area.

The subject is described as a black male in his 30s, 6’2” tall, thick build, with a short beard. He wore a tan jacket, blue jeans, and a tan winter hat with colored stripes on the trim.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture.
