Three Charged with Cocaine Distribution

Jonathan Cobb, David Cobb, and Darren Macklin were charged today by superseding indictment with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, announced United States Attorney Michael L. Levy.

If convicted, defendant: Jonathan Cobb faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment; David Cobb faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment; and Darren Macklin faces a maximum possible sentence of 40 years’ imprisonment.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Neuman Leverett.
