Seeking Public’’s Assistance in Locating Fugitive

FBI Philadelphia January 27, 2009

The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Philadelphia is seeking the public’s assistance to locate and apprehend Glyn Richards, 45 years of age, last known to be living in Perkasie, PA. Richards is a fugitive after failing to appear for a scheduled bond hearing on 1/22/2009, in United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Camden.

Richards, formerly the President and CEO of All Freight Logistics, Inc, in Haddon Heights, NJ, pled guilty in federal court on June 23, 2008, to mail fraud and money laundering charges in connection with a Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors of All Freight Logistics, Inc. out of millions of dollars. Richards’ sentencing in connection with that guilty plea is scheduled for February 19, 2009, however when he failed to appear for the scheduled hearing an arrest warrant was issued.
