Omaha Man Sentenced for Cocaine Distribution

United States Attorney Deborah Gilg, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Omaha Police Department, and the Greater Omaha Safe Streets Task Force announce the following information for the attention of the media:

Event Triggering this Release:

On September 13, 2010, Kevin Jones was sentenced to a term of 100 months in prison on one count of distribution of crack cocaine. He was also sentenced to an additional 24 months in prison for a violation of his supervised release. Mr. Jones committed the new offense while on supervised release for a previous drug trafficking conviction in federal court.
