On January 20, 2008, the newly formed Cyber Crimes Task Force (CCTF) executed a state search warrant at 2119 Arbor Street, Apt #206, Omaha, Nebraska, which is the residence of Jorge L. Guerrero.

The search warrant was a result of Nebraska State Patrol's Operation Fairplay and law enforcement’s ability to locate individuals trading child pornography. Guerrero was contacted at his apartment and interviewed, where he admitted to possessing and transmitting child pornography via the internet. Guerrero was arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography in Douglas County Nebraska.

Guerrero, date of birth April 7, 1967, was arrested at his residence Tuesday morning, without incident, by members of the Cyber Crimes Task Force (CCTF) and Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC).

The public is reminded that a complaint is not evidence of guilt and that all defendants in a criminal case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
