Violent Brooklyn Man Wanted for Numerous Armed Robberies

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and New York Police Department are asking for the public’s help locating Ringo Delcid in connection with numerous violent Hobbs Act robberies. Delcid is being sought after the arrest of one of his suspected associates on Tuesday October 21, 2014. Delcid is a suspected member of a street gang responsible for several armed, police-impersonation robberies in both Brooklyn and Queens. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Delcid is 5’8’’ tall and 220 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was born in Panama. He was last seen with a goatee beard. He is 26 years old and is often referred to as “Castro,” “Ringo Castro,” or “Ringo Halister Del Cid Carrillo.”
