FBI’s Joint Bank Robbery Task Force Arrests Woman in Alleged Murder-for-Hire Scheme

FBI New York October 28, 2010

Early this morning, Marina Costello was arrested without incident for her alleged involvement in a murder for hire scheme. “The arrest was made by FBI agents and NYPD detectives of the Joint Bank Robbery Task Force (JBRTF) at a commercial parking lot on Staten Island,” said Special Agent Richard Kolko.

The JBRTF handles most violent crimes in New York, from armed robberies to kidnappings for ransom. It is the oldest continually operating task force in the New York Office of the FBI. Marina Costello will be arraigned later today in the Eastern District of New York (EDNY). For additional information please contact EDNY.
