"The Westchester District Attorney’s Office is investigating the shooting of Pace University student Danroy Henry in the early morning of October 17 in Mount Pleasant, New York. Consistent with our general practice in cases involving allegations of this kind, our office, along with the FBI, is monitoring the situation and will, if appropriate, undertake an independent review of all of the available evidence to determine whether any federal criminal civil rights laws have been violated," said ELLEN DAVIS, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
