FBI Seeks Fugitive in Gambino Organized Crime Family Case

Today, the FBI arrested 12 members of the Gambino organized crime family in a 14-count indictment from the Southern District of New York. One member was arrested on April 16, 2010. Steven Maiurro is a fugitive and the FBI seeks to identify his location and arrest him.

Steven Maiurro, aka “Stevie”, is 31 years old, (DOB 12/31/1978), 5’6” tall, 160 lbs, with brown eyes, brown hair, and a tattoo on his leg, NCIC# W640288659. He is considered armed and dangerous. Maiurro is wanted for the trafficking of a minor and faces federal charges. He is from Staten Island and is believed to be in the New York area.

"We want to catch Maiurro as soon as possible and we will. This is a good picture and someone will certainly recognize him or already know where he is. We request the public's assistance in locating him. A reward is available for information leading to his arrest," said Special Agent Richard Kolko of the FBI in New York.

The FBI is seeking information concerning Maiurro’s whereabouts. Anyone with information is requested to call the FBI at (212) 384-1000 or their local police.
