Richard Quinn Named Special Agent in Charge of the St. Louis Division
Director Christopher A. Wray announced the appointment of Richard Quinn as the special agent in charge of the FBI’s St. Louis Division. Mr. Quinn most recently served as the chief of the Media and Investigative Publicity Section in the Office of Public Affairs.
Mr. Quinn entered on duty as a special agent with the FBI in 1997 and was first assigned to the New York Field Office, where he investigated international terrorism and foreign counterintelligence matters as a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
Throughout his career, Mr. Quinn has held leadership positions in the Counterterrorism Division at FBI Headquarters and in the Chicago and Philadelphia Field Offices.
Mr. Quinn will assume his new role in mid-November.
