Ms. Ballew: The FBI gets about 30-35 million visits to its website every year…now it’s easier for those visitors to navigate that site.

Mr. Lilly: “We basically re-architected the entire website. The look and feel is totally different. We added a lot of new content, added some new functionality.”

Ms. Ballew: Mike Lilly, chief for the FBI’s Online/Print Media Unit, says the Most Wanted section is the most popular among visitors.

Mr. Lilly: “Most wanted terrorists, missing kids, parental kidnappings, bank robbers.”

Ms. Ballew: Finding information is more user-friendly.

Mr. Lilly: “We rebuilt that site to include a new web-based wanted poster where you can click through and get the details of the person.”

Ms. Ballew: Another section takes a look at FBI history.

Mr. Lilly: “We redesigned the main history page to look like a scene out of the 1934 Biograph Theater where John Dillinger was shot.”

Ms. Ballew: See if you can crack a code in the “Fun and Games” area on www.fbi.gov. I’m Denise Ballew of the Bureau and that’s what’s happening at the “FBI, This Week.”
