Cannon: …how he, as a Muslim convert, could support jihad.

Halpern: Al-Awlaki provided Bujol with a document entitled “42 Ways of Supporting Jihad.” Bujol intended to travel overseas to train at a terrorist camp and to provide AQAP with money and other resources. The FBI and its law enforcement partners arrested Bujol as he tried to leave through the port of Houston.

Cannon: It took a lot of agencies to make this happen.
